Service

These terms of service (hereinafter Terms) govern the use of the Sassu.io service (hereinafter Service) provided by NG OÜ(registration code 12954414, hereinafter Service Provider).

To use the Service, you must agree to these Terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Sassu.io is an invoicing and customer management SaaS solution that enables:

• Invoice creation and sending.
• Customer and service management.
• Recurring invoice automation.
• Bank transfer reconciliation with invoices.
• Report generation.

The Service is invitation-based. To become a user, you must submit an application, which the Service Provider reviews and may follow up with you.

The Service Provider creates a personal account for you after approving your application. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials (email and password) confidential.
• Not share your account with third parties.
• Notify the Service Provider immediately if you suspect account misuse.

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Service fees are agreed individually with each user via separate contract or quote. Pricing is not public.

The Service Provider has the right to change fees with at least 30 days' notice.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and good practices in Estonia.
• Not use the Service for illegal activities.
• Not disrupt the Service or attempt to circumvent its protections.
• Not copy or reproduce the Service software or content without permission.
• Pay all agreed fees on time.

The Service software, design, logo, trademarks, and all content are the property of the Service Provider or licensed to the Service Provider. Using the Service does not grant you any intellectual property rights.

Data you enter into the Service (e.g., invoices, customers) remains your property. The Service Provider processes it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

The Service Provider is not responsible for outages caused by technical issues, third-party service failures, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The Service Provider's liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Maximum liability is limited to the amount the user has paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

The Service Provider is not liable for:

• Indirect damages or lost profits.
• Loss of user data caused by user actions.
• Damages resulting from third-party service failures.

Personal data processing rules are described in our privacy policy.

The contract is in effect indefinitely from account creation. Either party may terminate the contract with at least 30 days' notice.

The Service Provider has the right to immediately close an account if the user:

• Violates these Terms.
• Fails to pay fees on time.
• Uses the Service for illegal activities.

Upon account closure, the user can download their data within 30 days; we then delete it per the privacy policy.

The Service Provider has the right to modify these Terms from time to time. We notify users of significant changes via email or within the Service at least 30 days in advance.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation are settled in Harju County Court.
